Effective Workplace Communication
This seminar develops communication agility by combining theory and practice. Learners identify their preferred communication styles, refine written communication, and strengthen verbal delivery techniques. Active listening is emphasised through structured exercises to deepen communication effectiveness.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
1) Identify their preferred communication style based the Merrill-Reid framework and describe how to adapt their approach when working with different styles.
2) Select the appropriate communication channel for different workplace situations and rewrite a poorly structured email using the Pyramid Principle.
3) Describe verbal communication techniques that improve clarity and presence.
4) Demonstrate active listening at Level 2 in a structured pair exercise and articulate the impact of listening quality on communication effectiveness.
