This seminar explores how AI is transforming workforce expectations, hiring practices, performance management and capability development. Participants will gain insights into the emerging competencies that organisations are prioritising and learn how to assess workforce readiness using the AHEAD Framework: AI Literacy, Human Judgement, Execution, Adaptability and Domain Expertise. Through live demonstrations, workplace examples and interactive discussions, participants will examine how AI is influencing talent assessment, team effectiveness and organisational performance.
