Charles Tan brings over two decades of leadership experience in the travel and hospitality industry, currently serving as Managing Director of Pegasus Travel Management/ALTOUR Singapore and PlanTrip Pte Ltd. In these roles, he oversees operations and drives business growth through innovative travel management solutions, working closely with teams across diverse functions to deliver results for clients. His extensive experience in corporate management and strategic leadership gives him a deep, practical understanding of how the industry operates and what it takes to build a successful career within it. A graduate of Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Accountancy, Charles has continued to invest in his own development through the Harvard Leadership & Management Diploma Programme, the SMU Enterprise Leadership Transformation Programme, and various travel industry professional courses. He has also been an active contributor to the National Association of Travel Agents Singapore (NATAS), keeping him closely connected to the pulse of the industry.
