This workshop equips participants with practical strategies to create stronger, ATS-friendly resumes and cover letters using AI tools such as ChatGPT. Participants will learn the key characteristics of effective job application documents, identify common mistakes that reduce interview opportunities, and understand how ATS systems evaluate applications. 


Through the proprietary H.I.R.E. Framework for resume writing and F.I.T. Framework for cover letter development, participants will learn how to structure information, highlight achievements, and generate higher-quality AI outputs through effective prompting techniques. The workshop also explores prompt design, AI limitations, data privacy considerations, and the importance of maintaining authenticity when using AI-generated content.
