Combat Burnout and Build Lasting Resilience

This workshop is designed to help participants better understand the impacts of burnout during career transitions and develop healthy boundary setting across emotion, time, action, mental, and identity boundaries. Participants will also gain greater awareness of their personal burnout patterns and explore practical tools to support psychological flexibility, and long-term well-being. As part of the workshop, participants will be guided to develop a personalised burnout prevention plan that supports healthier coping, emotional regulation, boundary setting, and sustainable self-care practices during career transitions and future workplace challenges.

By the end of this session, participants will: 

• Recognise early signs of burnout 
• Identify common emotional, mental, physical, and behavioural signs of burnout 
• Understand how burnout may affect emotional well-being, confidence, decision making, productivity, and overall coping capacity during career transitions. 
• Develop awareness of personal stress responses and burnout patterns. 
• Explore boundary setting to strengthen emotion, time, action, mental, and identity boundaries to support healthier adaptation during periods of change and uncertainty. 
• Develop a personalised burnout prevention plan by identifying supportive coping strategies, emotional regulation tools, healthy boundaries, and sustainable self-care practices that can be applied during career transitions and future workplace challenges.
