Periods of career transitions can significantly impact an individual’s emotional and psychological well-being. During these phases, many individuals may experience emotional overwhelm, reduced confidence, exhaustion, or difficulty coping with ongoing uncertainty and change. These stress responses not only affect emotional stability, but also one’s ability to think clearly, make decisions, regulate emotions, and move forward effectively. This seminar is designed to help participants better understand how stress and uncertainty affect the nervous system and emotional regulation through the concept of the Window of Tolerance. Through guided reflections, grounding techniques, and practical emotional regulation tools, participants will develop greater awareness of their personal stress responses and coping patterns. The seminar will also introduce practical strategies to help participants regulate emotional overwhelm, strengthen inner stability and widen their Window of Tolerance during challenging periods of uncertainty and career transition.
